Holds degrees in Philosophy (Catholic University of Milan) and in Political and International Security Sciences (University of Tuscia); former public official at the European Parliament and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers; advisor to the Minister of Economic Development; and executive director of the Milan Provincial Fund for International Cooperation. Currently collaborates with the Ministry of Economy and Finance and with the Vice-Presidency of the European Committee of the Regions.
