He holds a degree in Law (Universidad de Los Andes, Chile) with a Master’s degree in Analysis, Prevention, and Combating Organized Crime (University of Pisa) and a Master’s degree in International Counterterrorism (Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano – Telematica Roma). He taught Constitutional Law at the Academy of Police Sciences of the Chilean Carabineros. During his career as a lecturer at the Carabineros de Chile Specialization School, where he held the position of lecturer from 2018 to 2024, he taught:
