Born in 1998. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Bologna in International Development and Cooperation, as well as a double-degree master’s program in Switzerland at USI in Lugano in Political Economy and at the School of Economics and International Relations of the Catholic University of Milan. He is a specialist in procurement and investments, a geopolitical analyst by passion, and an expert on the Western Balkans.
