He serves as an advisor to the Minister of Defense on the strategic analysis of how critical and rare materials impact supply chains and the defense industry. He is a lecturer at the School of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. He is a member of several technical working groups and study panels at the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
