Co-founder and president of the Machiavelli Foundation.
He holds a degree in Historical Sciences (University of Milan) and a PhD in Political Studies (Sapienza University of Rome). He lectures at several Italian universities and has been a consultant to institutions such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Parliament.
He is the author of several books, some of which have been translated abroad.
